Hello, my name is Michelle Marquez, and I aspire to become a Certified Public Accountant. I’m currently attending UCLA and working on my accounting degree. I decided to study accounting because I have heard many stories of people who were in trouble because of their finances – from not filling their taxes correctly to drowning in credit card debt.

The journey to becoming a CPA is not exactly easy, but I know all my hard work will pay off. A career in finance and accounting, for one, promises development and security, things that I look forward to once I’ve made my mark.
